SHIPPING
Shipping is carried out Mondays-Wednesdays. (We will confirm with customer which day is best suitable for arrival as long as weather permits). Shipping cost will be added to overall total price and includes packing fee that covers all necessary heat packs, cold packs, Styrofoam lined insulated shipping box, deli cups, cloth bags and other necessary packing materials. As of now, shipping is only available in the United States and only within the 48 states, excluding Hawaii & Alaska.
For live animals I will only ship FedEx overnight to your nearest FedEx hub. This is the safest place for your special delivery to be, out of the elements, awaiting your arival.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We guarantee the live arrival of any and all dragons purchased through us. In the unfortunate case where the animal(s) are dead on arrival (D.O.A.) we will replace the animal with another of the same value. However, for this live arrival guarantee to be valid we must be notified IMMEDIATELY upon the arrival of your package. In this notice, we must receive pictures as well as videos of the dragon as proof. This guarantee is only valid when picking the dragon up at the hub location.
At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Because everything I offer is custom made for you & made to order, there are no returns on any items in the store.
